All our items are made to order which means we do not accept returns or refunds unless a product is deemed faulty.
We are happy to exchange sizes when necessary given the item is unworn and still has its hygiene liner in place. Please note we only stock a limited amount of each fabric so your exchange may not be possible if we have sold out. If this occurs we will give you the option to wait for fabric stock to arrive or arrange a refund.
Should you wish to exchange a size please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving your order. Following this we will be in touch with instructions on returning your item. Once we have received your item we will process your exchange within the next available production block.
